My only complaint is the company states you get a 5 year warranty but that is only if you purchase the 10.00 per month club where you get coffee filters and cleaner. So you really only get a 2 year warranty. But nice to know my family is not getting micro-plastics!"

"Product was packed very well, so no damage. I read thoroughly the instructions on install and use. I switched from using a Moccamaster because of internal plastics. However, the coffee doesn’t taste as well and when brewing, coffee splashes and sometimes doesn’t make it into the glass carafe. I make sure the cone “clicks” in place. I’m disappointed and so is my husband."
