"I am very happy with this coffee machine, it is made very well and it really brews an excellent cup of coffee. And it is no problem just brewing a single cup of coffee when I want it. Espresso roast is no problem. I trashed the unhealthy Keurig machine. I added a suction cup hanger and drilled a hole in the scoops handle to hang it on the side of the coffee machine for convenience. I am so glad I bought this coffee machine! By the way I added the sticker."

"Product was packed very well, so no damage. I read thoroughly the instructions on install and use. I switched from using a Moccamaster because of internal plastics. However, the coffee doesn’t taste as well and when brewing, coffee splashes and sometimes doesn’t make it into the glass carafe. I make sure the cone “clicks” in place.
